Brewed with J. Wakefield, The Eighth State, Phase Three and Weathered Souls. We asked our friends to send us some barrel-aged stouts to blend with our own barrel-aged stouts for this collaboration. For this 8th anniversary blend, we decided to keep a singular focus when it comes to adjuncts and focused solely on coconut to try to make it the best expression of a coconut imperial stout we could.

Draught at OH: pours black with small head. Aroma is coconutz, chocolate, more nuts of the coco. Taste is pure coocnut, milk chocolate... not too sweet or boozy. Actually pretty nice.
