100% New York State Nitrogenated English Mild. "Pub Style Ale". Brewed with 100% NY State grains malted and roasted by New York Craft Malt. Lightly hopped with hops from NY Hop Guild and Chimney Bluffs. The grains came from the following farms - Kast, Poormon, and Kukon. Fermented with an English Ale style yeast strain. Each 16oz pour of this beer supports 4 sq ft of NY State farmland.

Nitro at IC: brownish with beige head. Aroma is nutty, caramel. Taste is nutty and dry. Drinkable.
