Māhutonga NEIPA. A juicy and fresh NEIPA, full of fruity flavors and aromas of mandarins, grapefruit, and tropical fruits, smoothing delicate tones of mango with a touch of honey and spices. Māhutonga is loaded with the hop aromas of Moutere, Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy varieties. Despite its fuller body and longer finish, it appears soft and light, making it incredibly drinkable. It has minimal bitterness and a lower edge. The hop load of New Zealand and Australian hops is enhanced by liquid yeast from White Labs, accentuating its juicy character. The name was inspired by the origin of the hops we use, as Māhutonga is the Maori name for the Southern Cross, a constellation in the southern sky.

Tap at Vinohradský's 10th anniversary. Accidentally as someone had created a duplicate I, at a cursory glance, believed was an unrated beer, but hey, it was one waiting to be rerated, so a win in the end! Hazy golden body, off-white head. Citric hoppy notes in the aroma, notes of orange, mixing with peachy notes, light resin as well. Similar taste. Peachy, with light resin and orange, gummy, bitterish touch in the finish. Quite nice overall, excellent even!
June 20, 2024 Tap at Náplavka, courtesy of the brewery, thx! :) Murky golden body, off-white head. Berry hoppy notes, herbal, light malty and yeasty notes. Sweetish taste, berry again, bit citric, grainy, slightly yolky maltiness, herbal hoppiness. To be rerated, my notes were messy slightly. 7/4/7/4/14

Keg at Vinohradsky Praha, 05/06/24. Moderately hazed orange topped with a just off white head. Nose is orange zest, pineapple, grass, Nelson wafting, stoned fruits. Taste comprises ripe tropical fruits, pine resin, dank chimes, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous Nelson infused hop bitterness. Solid.
