Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 1. 08/08/2017. A milky hazed mahogany brown coloured pour with a a lasting halo of mid tan head. Aroma is tangy woody mlats, apple, roast. Flavour is composed of of semi sweet, lactose, milk, chocolate, apple. A bit sickly. Palate is medium sweet, frothy,. Tangy finish. Liquorice. Weird one.

Keg at GBBF. It pours near black with a decent tan head. The aroma is soft, creamy, toasty, roasted malt, plum, dried fruits, milk chocolate and earth. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, sort of spicy, plum, milk chocolate, cherry cola, creamy, tangy, toffee, ashy, charred action, alcohol and maltesers with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice tangy fruit aspect. Interesting.

Not my cup of tea.

Tap at So Good in Rome-Italy, premiere kegged 21/02/2017. Coffee bean pour, ivory and brownish foam. Nose: vanilla shake, toffee, lactose is mild and soft. Mouth: rich roast, bit watery middle taste, easy roast although the ABV. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
