Dark brown, lots of vanilla and chocolate on the nose. Light body for style, itβs got a good malt character but this brewery does typically lack the richness of the best examples. Still, there is upside here because the sugars support the vanilla and barrel.

Clear, very dark brown color with a small brown head; aroma of milk chocolate, graham; smooth palate; balanced flavor with a long, medium bitter sweet finish

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brown with a huge dark tan head that mimiced a Guinness pour. Aroma is rathe smoresish with some bourbon. Very full bodied. Very sweet in a syrupy way. Heat is detectible. Not very bitter. Flavor is lots of chocolate, some marshmallow, and bourbon. Not really getting PB. Flavors are "firm", but not "strong".

On tap at Chuck's CD, pours Black with a small brown head. Aroma is full of marshmallows, dark sugars, light peanut butter, and graham crackers. Flavour is full of peanut butter, Graham crackers, lactose, and a touch of bourbon. Nice use of adjuncts, barrel aged nicely. Very nice.
