On Tap at the Garden City taproom Foggy light orange peach color with a thin lasting fine off-white head and lacing. Bright tart and fresh pear and just a hint of the Ginger. Moderate sour. Good subtle fruit flavors in a fairly aggressive lacto sour.

On tap at the brewery pours out hazy golden topped with fizzy head. Nose is super tart sour big ginger notes. Taste is more of big sour tartness ginger i don't pick up any of the pear. Once again an unbalanced sour from Barbadian.

Taster at Barbarian. Hazy golden pour, ring of white head. Fruity, sweet aroma. Taste brings in a lot of ginger, pear at a minimum. Very tart
