Cutlass Pale Ale is all about balance—it’s smooth and refreshing, but with just the right amount of bite to keep things interesting.
We used McKenzie, Sabro, and Amarillo lupomax hops with this pale to keep it smooth, but with big flavor.

On tap at the brewery pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice light grain some leaf hops and a little citrus. Taste is more of the nice light leaf hops some grain and a little boiled vegetables.

Taster at Brown Beard. Golden pour, ring of head leaves lots of lacing. Light grainy, aroma, biscuity. Taste adds a kick of hops, pronounced bitterness. Mouth coating.
