Do you feel like a boss?! You will when you crack open our flagship San Diego IPA, Boss Pour. A softer bitterness, and the use of super aromatic hops sets apart the San Diego style from the typical West Coast versions. In this example, waves of Pacific Northwest hops are supported by American 2-row and copious amounts of English specialty base malts. Bright tropical and citrus fruits with a touch of dank hop character are the ones in charge here, and will surely be good for the end of your daily grind. So step on up, and be a Boss. Cascade, Simcoe, Nugget, Citra and Mosaic hops.

16 oz can from tavour. This only has a minor haze to it, but it does have a nice thick fluffy head. They've clearly called this a West Coast IPA, and it does vary from the normal New England Style. Hops are a little bit more pronounced and a little bit more bitter than your typical Citrus varieties. Light bitterness and not quite juicy. All around a pretty decent beer.

Can. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine crispness. Light malts bring a mild sweetness. Good hop spice combines well with a bitterish pine and savoury skunk. Slightly thin orange and orange peel underneath. More obvious spicy pink grapefruit. Light dry spicy bitter finish. Nice! I like the sharp edge on this one.

Whoa, super good IPA. As their description says as soon as you open the can you can smell the Hops which are very fresh. The Hops are citrus mint a bit of resin and grain. Flavors like nose resin comes out a little bit more. Abrasive at all. Really good drinking beer excellent finished and perfect body.

Pour is a clean but hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is a big blast of citrus with some apricot and pine. Flavor is citrus and pine with plenty of bitterness and the finish is super dry. No malt gets in the way of the hops and this is quite tasty.

On tap at Toronado SD. Pours a clear deep gold with an amber hue with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has dank citrus and grapefruit notes with a light grain backbone. Flavor has bitter citrus and pine with a strong caramel and sweet grain backbone.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours gold with a lacing white head. Aromais earthy, citrus, fruit. Arguably approaching dank. Med ++ body. Flavor is arguably dank, heck, call it dank.Flavor is earthy, piney, citrus, fruit, and maybe white grape. The hop is very intense, and I could be messing up the parsing. It’s intensely hoppy and flavorful. The caramel backbone is adequate, but easy to overlook. Incredible flavor strengths.
