Bottle 50 cl. Pours black with a vague, orangey hue and a gigantic and very frothy and lacing light brown head with an amazing retention. Nose is greasy hops atop a sweet, chocolatey roastiness. Body is surprisingly watery, quite roasty with a massive, late bitterness. 070619

Bottle 500ml. @ home.[ As Viborg Black Coffee Ipa ].Clear dark black brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, coffee, moderate hoppy, light licorice hops, light toffee - butterscotch. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, coffee bitter, metallic bitter, roasted - coffee bitter, cold coffee, dark malt, hoppy. Draught @ Aarhus Ølfestival. Pours black with a small brown head, lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, grass, old hops. Flavor is light bitter, roast malt, coffee, old grassy hops. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish.

Tap @ Aarhus Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, caramel, chocolate, coffee, licorice and hops. Nice bitter finish.
