Don’t let the silly name fool you: Crispy Bois was brewed with serious intentions. We wanted a low ABV lager that was bright and dry but also had the fruity flavors of Southern Hemisphere hops without it tasting like a Brut IPA or an IPL. We started with toasted rice for dryness, Calista hops for bittering and our classic Old World Lager yeast. The use of Galaxy in the whirlpool and a Vic Secret dry hop take this otherwise unassuming lager to another level--where hop heads, haze bros and Lager Slayers find common ground.

Pale body with thin white head. Light mixed aroma. Crisp lager taste with ahop note. Pleasant texture and finish.

On tap pours out crisp pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice light citrus hops and a little grain. Taste is more of the nice crisp notes along with a light hop.

Taster at the Handlebar. Golden pour, light haze, frothy white head. Aroma is grainy with lemony notes. Taste is crispy, bready with a lemon finish. Clean.
