After many years of talking about it we finally found time to brew with our great buds at Varietal. We also teamed up with LINC malt and HAAS to bring you a dope IPA. This is all WA grown ingredients and about as local as we could get. The combo of Comet and Citra lays a super grapefruit citrus base, and then we used a brand new product called Euphorics from HAAS to boost the citrus. Euphorics is a hop derived flavor and aroma booster we are excited to test out.

16oz can from Hops & Bottles. Pale yellow, golden pour, foggy, head dies down quickly leaving a fine layer of foam. Fruity aroma, mostly tropical. Taste is guava, mango, melon, then turns dry with a touch of bitterness. After that, it kind of disappears, except for the dryness.
