Tap @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration, Copenhagen, 2019. Pours yellow with a small creamy head. Perfect balance. Grass, bread and a bit of fruit. Dry and bitter finish. Clean- yet with plenty of personality. Yes!

Pour is a hazy lemon-aid lookalike with a large white head. Very unfiltered. Aroma is a real nice bready malt and some lemon in there as well. Flavor is a wet dough bready with a little bitterness on the back end. Maybe gets a bit thin after a few sips but that wet bread malt is pretty good. Maybe hazy pilseners should be the next thing to catch on.
