Cask (handpump) @ The Cornubia, 142 Temple Street, Gloucestershire, BS1 6EN Bristol, England.[ As Twisted Oak Long Hot Summer ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, earthy hops, pale malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask-conditioned at the Gryphon, Bristol 3/9/2018. Golden in colour, with a moderately-sized, white, head. Citrus character, some leafy hops, rich tea malts and a moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Cask. A clear golden beer with, no head. Aroma of mild fruity hops, grainy malt. Taste of mild citrusy and floral bitter hops, grainy malt.
