Using 100% Weyermann Premium Pilsner malt and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, we've created a naturally slightly hazy lager with notes of lemon zest, crusty bread and hay with a moreish bitterness and spritzy mouthfeel you look for in a clean crisp pilsner.

Keg at Brazenors taproom, HWY, 13/04/2025.
Clear golden blonde with a big old frothy lasting white head.
Nose is grass, pale malts, corn husk, toasted grains, herb, straw.
Taste comprises pale malts, grains, herb, hedgerow, light citric nibble.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Tidy clean drinking pils.

Maybe a bit too much grainy sweetness. It’s alright though. Further down more fun.

Keg at Ghost Whale, Brixton. Aroma is malty and hazy with it, and a yrastie streak. Clear gold. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Chewy and malty. A citrus edge. Sugary papery edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Enjoyable pils.
