Bottle from the brewery stall at Walton Farmers Market. Aroma is big and malty. A butter citrus edge. Underlying damp vege notes. Clear gold body. Thick foamy white head. Muted start. Watery malts. Veg soup and bread. Then develops a quinine and citrus bitter streak. Underlying sweaty socks. My burps are a bit more citrusy. Light. Thin. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Unsurprisingly bland, despite the bitterness which is more medicinal than resinous.
