Old English stock ale, aged in a brandy barrel atop hand-picked sloes from the fields around Nick & Gulen's house!
Slightly tart, woody, vinous with a warming glow at the end.

Bottle from me subscription. Aroma is sweet and warm. Fruity. Brandy. Opaque dark brown. Thin frothy foamy light beige head. High sourness. Berries and vinous. Followed by woody bitterness. Medium bodied. Slick. Average-soft carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. All sloe and brandy. Nice enough but wonder what the original beer tastes like.
