From tap at Mash Paddle, Bermondsey, with Terje 11.04.25. Translucent pale golden golden. Bright and fairly persistent white head and lacing. Decent aroma and taste of pale malt, bitter citrus, citrus zest and perhaps a hint of herbs. Crisp mouthfeel with lingering aftertaste.

Keg at the brewpub. Aroma us sour - vinous and spice. Opaque amber gold. Thin foamy white head. Fruity sweetness with a sout spice and vinous edge. Medium bodied..Slick..Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Easy drinking.
