Every year we love to brew a saison.

Complex blonde beers originating in Liege, Belgium, these beers have a long and often adulterated history.

Whatever the truth, our saison is inspired by the classics. Rustic grains, a mix of Belgian yeasts, and some classic hops make for a herbal, straw-coloured, zingy and refreshing blonde beer.
