Gravity cask at the 30 Tamworth Beer Festival, 06/09/24.
11% cask beer ... hmmm ... rarely a triumph!
Murky shitwater brown with no head.
Nose is chocolate melt, sweet malts, coconut, toffee fudge.
Taste comprises cocoa powder, toffee, brown sugar melt, light roast, candied fruit rinds.
Medium bodied with bite, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a lick of booze.
Sips easy for 11% but not a looker and I'm sure it would have been better suited to a keg ... fun enough to try though!

Cask at Egham Beer Fest Summer 24. Aroma is creamy coconut led. Chocolate in the mix. Lighter brown - looks like a well brewed milky tea. Foamy beige head soon recedes. Tastes like an alcoholic chocolate and coconut milk drink. An underlying bitterness and slight sour hint gives the booze away. Thick. Oily. Average carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Oh yeah.

Can from Eltham Wines. Milky light brown pour (bit of a hot chocolate hue) with wispy tan head. Aromas of chocolate, coconut, cocoa, creamy coffee. Flavours of milk chocolate Bounty Bar, Horlicks, marzipan. Proper chocolate indulgence, almost Baileys-esque. Thick creamy sweet boozy finish. Scrumdiddlyumptious!
