We teamed up with long time pals Brew York to brew revisit our three-way Red IPA collaboration with the legendary Beer O'Clock Show Podcast.
We've taken the recipe for Red Danson and cranked it up a notch to create SuperRed (geddit!). Expect toffee and caramel from the sweet crystal malts followed by a classic West Coast slap round the face with hops.

Keg at The Green Goddess, Blackheath. Aroma had rye and berries. Hazy-opaque brown. Thin creamy white head. Big sweet and sour rye and berries and herbs. Resinous edge. Latent floaty sweetness. Light. Thin. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish..it is a super red, it is!

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Reddish brown pour with a beige head. Aromas of red apple, pink grapefruit, red cherries. Taste is toffee apple, red cherries, strawberry jam. Jammy sweet aftertaste.
