Hi-Fi is a strong and jubilant kolsch style lager. Brewed with classic german hops, malts give a sweetness and golden hue with the hops providing a balanced bitterness. Coming in at 5%; Hi-Fi strikes the perfect chord between drinkability and flavour depth.

Keg at the brewpub. Aroma is malty, doughy, slightly herbal, even saline. Citrus hints. Hazy amber. Thick foamy white head. Light-medium bitter with a sour edge. Metallic. Grainy. Citrus. Underlying sweetness and doughy malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish..Good stuff. Had character. Verging on chewy.
