Northern Hop is a refreshing, perfectly balanced pale ale with a delicate citrusy finish. The use of two complementary dry hops - Hallertau Blanc and Bravo – create a gentle and tropical aroma that leads into a characterful, crisp, golden ale.

Keg at The Llandoger Trow, Bristol. Aroma is malty, grainy. Citrus edge. Clear gold. Thin foamy white head. Tangy citrus alongside rough malts. Underlying sweetness. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Refreshing enough Gold. No way a Pale Ale, but brewer's intent and all that.
