On cask at the Guildford Arms. Appearance - golden to copper. Beige head. Nose - toffee, raisins and bread. Taste - raisin, honey and syrup. Fruitcake. Candied orange or marmalade. Palate - light to medium bodied, rich and sweet middle and a bit drier on the finish. Overall - amazing what you can do with a good malt bill combined with the appropriate hops. No adjuncts!
