Hops are like gods. They're powerful, worshipped and have strange names. So we've created the 'Temples of...' series of session pales to pay tribute to them. First respects from the sacrificial altar go to the mighty Simcoe.

Tap.at the Brew House. Aroma has light stone fruit and onions. Hazy pineapple gold. Thin foamy white head. Light-medium citrus sourness. Herbal edge. Vague underlying sweetness. Medium bodied. Slick. Clingy. Flat-soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice enough if restrained feeling.
