With real passionfruit puree and matured for 4 weeks, expect a crisp, refreshing, full-flavoured lager with citrus and passionfruit notes. Brewed to a joint recipe developed in collaboration with our Peruvian friend, Juan, at the Brewery of the Sacred Valley, it’s pouring exclusively in our Brewery Shop and Tap in Tongham and selected Taps in Peru.

Tap at the brewery... I.e. Hits Back. Aroma is sweet and full of that passionfruit. Clear gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Sweet and chock full of passionfruit. Slightly sour edge. Underlying grains and malts are most prominent into the finish. Light. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Pretty nice and refreshing, if sweet.
