Keg at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden. Aroma has citrus watered down with sugar water. Floury streak. Slightly opaque gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Flava matches the aroma - sugary citrus sourness. Added hedgerow bitterness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry increasingly astringent finish. Gentle sour.

On tap at Craft Beer Co - Covent Garden, pours a clear very pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out grainy earthy notes and some wild yeast. Flavour is grainy and earthy, with toasted grains, lots of earthiness, and a touch of wild heart. Harsh and grainy, but it's alright.
