Bottle split at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22 thanks to the Wingman. Murky orange to light pink with a moderately presented faded crimson cap. Nose is raspberry pips, straw, grains, stale breads. Taste comprises nutty, fruit, pink berries, earthy, bready noes. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Fun stuff for a Kvass.

Pigs Ear. Bottle, huge thanks to Leighton. Hazy peachy orange beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Obvious raspberry on the nose. The beer is fruity tart with much less obvious raspberry and a little fruity acid. Light dry and slightly acidic finish. Not very Kvass and not very where I would like Kernel to be..
