Tap at The Colmore, Birmingham. Pours black with a smooth tanned head. Quite chocolaty with some bitter coffee and a subtle plum. Very creamy and smooth, fine carbonation. Very nice.

Keg at the Colmore, Brummy vice Cotts Bimble, 03/08/24. Black with a faded purple meets crimson cap that stays for the show. Nose is dried fruits, earthy, beetroot, cocoa sprinkle. Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, umami, plummy tang, earthy, dried fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Tidy flavoursome stout.

Tap at the colemore. A jet black coloured pour with a a creamy mid tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, beetroot, earthy, hazelnut,, praline, meaty roast. Flavour is composed of beets, earthy roast, hazelnut praline, light tang, chalky, lingering earthy roast, umami. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, moderate carbonation, creamy. Mushrooms, earthy roast. Quite unique.

Draft at The Colmore, Birmingham. Poured almost black in colour with a lasting thin off-white head. The aroma is roasty malt, big ube … biscuit caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet and liqourice bitter, with a smooth, somewhat rich, roasty, caramel, biscuit, tart plummy, dry, light liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Pure Philippines!

Tap at Post Office Vaults, Brum. Atoma has a lorra coffee. Dark.and glossy..thick tan head. Rich coffee flava. Molasses. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice. But plum?
