Cask at the Lambik-O-Droom, 08/12/18. Clear deep golden with a well presented lasting off white head ... great looking beer. Nose is dusty fruits, sweet malts, cereals, light funk. Taste comprises light funk, mellow sugar kiss, light apple core, lemon drizzle, grains, bitter sweet. Medium bodied, soft massaging carbonation, semi drying close. Great feel and appearance .... solid faro.

0,2l from tap at the brewery. Amber cloudy color, small white head. Smells candi sugar, hints of must, lightly fruity. Decent smell, rather sweet. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of candi sugar, grassy, earthy, spices, peppery. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of candi sugar, earthy and light musty notes. Pretty decent one, a bit on the sweet side

Quite clear orange color, average sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste are basically a mix between sour and sweet with something else in the background. Can't figure out what it is. Different from most other faros I've had. Interesting.

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, shared with Belgian RB crew, thanks. Dorée assez clair, pas de col. Arôme sur un bon bouquet de grains frais rappelle l’empâtage et résiduel de grains. Pointe de douceur en rétro. Palais est grains virant sur les céréales - douceur marquée de sucre candi avec une petite note d'amertume sur la fin.

Clear orange beer, no head. Aroma: nice lambic smell, very authentic, bit peppery, very nice, lovely stuff! MF: no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sweet and sugary, some candi sugary, sweet apples, cider touch, nice stuff! Aftertaste: sourish, lovely, bitter touch, bit woody, nice one!

Tap at bxlbeerfest. Pours dark golden-amber. Aroma is funk, sour, fruits. Flavor is sweet, sour, dry, fruity, funky. Finish is sour. Overall: good.

Cask - Draught @ 3 Fonteinen lambik-O-droom, Molenstraat 47, Beersel, Belgium B-1651. [ As 3 Fonteinen Faro Traditional ].Murky matt medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, barnyard, UK yeast, sweet malt, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sugary, sweet malt, UK yeast, farmyard, medium dry. A bit odd but fun to taste.. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is lively to soft. [20180316] 7-3-7-3-14

At the event 'Spelingen van het Lot' at the lambikodroom. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours unclear brown/blonde , good white head. Smell is full, malty, sweet (maltose) funky. Taste is soft, maltose, intense, mild sour, intense, malty flavor. A decent tartness . Bound to get aome purist hatred, and call me crazy for saying so, but I really love this beer. A lot.
