On tap @ Expo 2015, Milano. Il gusto al naso riporta sentori di malto. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è discreta. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine fini e compatta si fa ricordare per il pizzo sul vetro. Al piano di sotto la frizzantezza proviene da bollicine fini a carbonazione media e morbida. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce medio sta in equilibrio con l’amaro medio, a cui si aggiunge un accenno di umami. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è pulito.
