this one’s got the same base as our OG recipe with a little spin. Bru-1 hops bring in a bit more citrus to mingle with Citra and a touch of pine to balance it all out.

16oz can. Poured a hazy yellow with a soapy, big white head. Too carbonated. Aroma was light grapefruit, and lemon. Something was a bit off with this one for me, not sure if it was infected or what. It was fresh, so not sure what the heck was going on. Very light citrus notes, a little too thick and yet, somehow also too thin at the same time. Sweet hops.

Cloudy yellow with a medium sized creamy white head that left great lacing. Bitterish, dry and vaguely citric. Medium finish. Light body.

Can from Herndon location: pours light orange with frothy white head. Aroma is soap, grapefruit, some other fruity notes. No real off tastes, onions or hop burn. Subdued bitterness and mild sweetness.

Grapefruit and lemon balm. Nice balance, and nicely done hops. Reminds me a little of the greatness of the early Aslin location. Murky yellow pour with good head and lacing. Clean and crisp finish without much bitterness. Body is still ok. Like a session IPA on crack. Can.
