Brewed with our Pal Sam from Boxcar Brew Co. For this small Pale we packed the malt bill with plenty of specialty grains then mashed high and fermented with London Ale III for it's soft character and stone fruit esters. Citra. Columbus & Galaxy hops bring mangoes, citrus, pineapple and hints of piney Dankness.

Keg at BD Mighty Boosh, 17/01/19. Hazed pineapple juice yellow with a well presented off white covering. Nose is citric pith, grass, cantaloupe melon, pine resin. Taste carries a dank kiss, ripe tropical fruits, pine needle, melon, orange pith, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with grassy hop bitterness. Finishes a little thin but solid session juice for the ABV.

Half pint, on keg at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden. Unclear golden body, patchy white head leaving lacing rings down the glass. Juicy fruits on the nose, promising. Blended taste of grapefruit, pinewood and bread. Short lived fruity ending. Easy to drink. Satisfying. (London 12.01.2019).

Can picked up from Hoptimism online shop. We're listening to an album by Loma called Loma, one of our favourites of 2018. Still cooking chicken breasts with wild mushrooms and puy lentils Sunday 6th January 2018. Pours hazy gold mid gold with a white head. A simple straightforward beer that was easy drinking, fresh and fruity but also played safe and didn't really challenge. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4
