16 ounce can. Jet black pour. Large frothy tan head. Roasted malt aroma hints at chocolate. Flavor is rich and chocolatey. Some residual sweetness. Moderate spiciness from the chilies. Hints of vanilla and coffee. Tasty.

Can from Tavour. Pours very dark brown with a moderate dark tan head that didn't persist for long. Aroma of coffee and dark malt. Med body. Fairly dry and chilies for bitter. Cinnamon is detectable when the chillies wear off. Some chocolate finally works its way out of the chillies. It's not that the chillies are terribly strong, just very distracting. Tasty stuff.

500 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown hue, really black, with a large light brown head. A big nose of roast, coffee and light chilies. Big sweet Mexican chocolate, ash, vanilla, light spice. Damn good.

Tap at La Binouze, Paris, 23rd January 23. Pours a black beer. Aroma is chocolate, spice and green chilli. Taste is chocolate, spice and some heat from the chills, vegetal, more spice and a kick. Good
