Tap at the brewpub. Pours dark brown black with a tan head. Our Roma of chocolate and bourbon. Full bodied. Flavor is chocolate and a touch of wood. Not dry but far from sticky bourbon and heat take the place of bitter for the most part. Good drink.

On tap at the brewery. Black with medium light brown head. Aroma is rich chocolate, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is chocolate, wood, and some what dry finish. Pretty heavy.
