Capped waxed 500 from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a tan smear. Aroma of cinnamon and banana. Almost like chilies. Full bodied. Somewhat sticky. Flavor is sugary dark malt with lots of banana and cinnamon. The vanilla and lactose are discernible. Struggling to get any wood. Pastry stout indeed.
