A hoppy farmhouse style ale. Pilsner malt, wheat and oats with Lemondrop, Wai-iti, Nelson and Mosaic hops. Lime and mandarin aromas with refreshing white grape and fruity yeast esters.

Capped 500 from Tavour. Fruity esters waft from the pour which is a bit translucent with a large foamy head. Aroma also has a lot of Bretty funk. Arguably med body. It's dry and Bretty. Lots of fruit to include citrus. Pale malt in support. For flavor I'll go with citrus and Brett. Excellent ale.
