Floating in Light is our rotating hop pale ale brewed with a blend of German pilsner malt and flaked rice. This snappy pale was hopped in the kettle with Motueka, Luminosa and Citra, then double dry hopped with more Motueka, Luminosa and Citra. Floating in Light was fermented cool with our house kölsch strain.

Can from Tavour. Pours slightly hazy gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of citrus, papaya, guava and more. Very tropical. Nearly full bodied. Juicy but not at all sweet/sugar. Barely bitter. Flavor - I'll go with the aroma. It's really good flavor.
