A collaboration with the master brewers of SakéOne, the finest saké producers in the US. We brewed this rice lager to be extra pale, dry and sparkling. Calrose rice and SakéOne's Koji make up 40% of the grist. It is then coupled with a pale American malt and gently hopped to allow the chestnut aroma to the foreground.

Can from Tavour: pours light clear gold with a white head. Aroma is rice, loads of it, sake touch is there certainly. Taste is dryish, ricey, a touch of sugar.

16oz can from Tavour. Pale, clear golden pour, foamy white head subsides quickly. Biscuity, grainy aroma. Taste is pale malts with a dry finish. No hops to be seen.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a large creamy white head. Aroma is grassy/nutty/spicy. Arguably med body. Flavor is the aroma with some pale malt breadiness and perhaps a rice note. Quite dry. Lightly bitter. Crisp and clean. Nice drink.
