Capped 500 from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent amber with a large foamy beige head. Aroma of lemon citrus with a Brett note. Med body. Very dry. More than moderately Brett bitter. There's lemon, melon, oak astringency, wood, Brett of course, and some grass/spice notes. Very complex. Very delicious. Near Orval quality IMHO.

Draft. Slightly hazy amber beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit aroma with light brett. Grapefruit and brett flavor with light yeast. Medium bodied. Brett and light grapefruit linger with light yeast.

On tap at Ghost Town, pours a clear amber, tiny beige head. Aroma brings out toasted bready malt, light-medium brett funk, and a hint of fruitiness. Flavour is on the fruity side, with a sort of white wine tang, lightly tart red fruits, a touch of brett funk, and bready malt. There's a bit of a bitter astringency on the finish. Unusual, but I think this works. Good stuff.
