Cap at the Bourbon House in NOLA. Pours Gold with a white head. Grass spice aroma. Medium body. Pale malt with a little grass and spice. Very dry and moderately bitter.

On tap at Avenue Pub, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy hops, crisp biscuity malt, and some light floral notes. Flavour is crisp and bitter, with lots of bitter, grassy hops, crisp crackery malt, and gentle floral notes. Crisp, grassy and bitter finish. Very good.

On tap at Emporium NOLA. Pours a clear light straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of grain and hay with a slight sweetness supporting. Flavor has lots of hay with a good amount of grain with a hint of biscuit in the finish.

Canned, 355 ml at Black Penny, New Orleans. Cloudy golden with small white head. Malty, bready, some fruity notes. Somewhat bland. Light bodied.
