Deep thick dark brown black. Modest mocha tan head can be coaxed with a slight swirl. Huge Roast aromas or tootsie roll and chocolate and a litel coffee. Flavors are similar with a little more dark roast apparent. Plenty of sweetness and the ABV burn finishes it nicely. Very good.

Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong, Bangkok. Poured a clear dark brown with a round bubbly off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, boozy bourbon alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp, warm boozy alcoholic bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Boozy alcohol all the way through. I’m not sure why brewers brew beers like this. It really isn’t that enjoyable.
