The West Coast IPA is a style we are passionate about, and played a significant role in the growth of bold, full-flavoured, modern beer. This one-off is our take on that classic West Coast style, making it distinctly different to our all-season IPA. Expect big flavours of citrus, marmalade and pine leading into a long, bitter finish full of resinous hop accents.

Keg at Enid Street, 11/01/19. Clear golden copper with a decent off white covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose grassy, orange pith, caramel, lemon rind, grapefruit. Taste comprises mandarin, grass, light floral tones, toasted malts, spruce, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough clean drinking IPA.

On tap at 73 Enid St. Pours clear orange gold with a thin white head. Aroma is big piney resin, orange, dank. Taste is a huge bitter piney hit, orange and dank with a bit if malt bringing it down. Nice and smooth. Good old West Coast IPA.
