Capped 8 oz bottle Liz brought back from Ohio. Pours dark brn/blk with a tan smear. Aroma of cooking sherry and smooth burnt malt. Not quite full bodied. Flavor is heat, chocolate, sherry (not cooking) and some wood astringency. Fairly towards dry. The sherry becomes dominant as time goes on. Exquisite.
