Imperial Stout Aged In Bourbon Barrels with Chocolate, Vanilla, & Cinnamon. The base of this beer is a blend of Parabola and Velvet Merkin, two iconic imperial stouts aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels. Inspired by memories of childhood campfire treats, we then recirculated this blend through copious amounts of cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, and cinnamon sticks. The result is both balanced and stunning - we know you'll want s'more.

On a flight at the brewery on 10th July 2024. Black bodied, tanned topping, very similar to the ParaPajamas which was also on the same flight. Smooth, rich and boozy with a vanilla sweetness and chocolate rather than a coffee feel.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours dark brn/black with a small creamy tan head. Aroma has a lot of cinnamon with some chocolate. Full bodied. Not dry, but definitely not sticky. Flavor is chocolate, cinnamon, bourbon/vanilla and smooth burnt malt. A little heat. Maybe a touch of wood astringency. Extremely good flavor.
