This is THE PILSNER. Also known as The Mother of all Beer-Flavored-Beers. Soft, crisp, flavorful and clean and while it is extremely drinkable it is also engaging and complex. It’s not easy to make such a delicious and nuanced beer but we do things like that. Often. You’re welcome.

Can from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours light gold with a creamy white head. Nice, firm grass/spice aroma. Perhaps a lemongrass note. Med body. Lots of flavor. Grass/spice dominates, but light malt is supportive. Very dry. Nicely bitter. Crisp and clean I'd say.
