16 oz. can. Pours dark brown, with a small, foamy, beige head. The aroma is dates, tobacco, dry red wine, black pepper, heavy oak, and a bit of coffee. Malty and very dry, with a hard, aggressive bitterness. Heavy body, leathery, and sharp. Harsh, abrasive, yet quite tasty.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark amber/brown with a large creamy tan head. Started a la Guinness. Aroma of raisins and kandi. Arguably full bodied. It's not dry, but not sticky. Flavor is raisin, kandi and some other things. Heat, clove and coriander fight the malt. Yeast notes. Extremely good flavor.
