Bottle. Amber-brown beer with a tan head. Yeast and spice aroma with light caramel and light fruitiness. Caramel and fruity estery flavor with light yeast. Medium bodied. Caramel and fruity esters linger with light yeast, light spice, and light bubblegum.

Capped 500 from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear dark amber with a foamy beige head that laced down rapidly. Aroma of medium dark malt with yeast notes. Approaching full bodied. Flavor is roasty malt with yeast notes and an arguable hint of banana. Not dry but not sweet. Hints of non-dark fruits. Moderately bitter. Almost bitingly so. Good flavor.
