Odor in the court! Sludge Judy is now presiding. You may approach the stench.
Sludge Judy Hazy IPA's 6.5% ABV is about to expropriate the final shreds of your afternoon motivation. You could totally pass a bar exam if you felt like it. Just argue that the Amarillo, Ekuanot, and Mosaic hop precedent justifies the Grapefruit, Papaya, and Mango sludgement. Duh.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: murky orange to copper color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: papayas, pineapples and pine over top of a clean malt base.
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together fairly bittersweet with a slight juicy tone to it. finishes with the papayas and pineapples
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; some hop burn on the tongue but not exactly enough to be entirely distracting.
Overall: clean up that hop burn and this one might be off to the races with the rest of the NEIPA's

Can from Corti Bros. Pours hazy gold with a decent white head that didn't persist. Aroma is earthy/weedy/piney. Med body. It's tropically juicy, but the first quaff is dank and weedy, then heads to orange citrus and pine. Mellows out a bit, but it's more WC than NE! Seems dry and a bit earthy in the finish. Quite different, but very good.
