Bottle. Rich amber beer with a dark cream head. Malt aroma. Caramel and sweet malt flavor with light toasted malts. Medium bodied. Caramel and sweet malt linger with light grass.

Fliptop 500 from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours dark orange with a large off-white foamy head. Aroma of toffee. Med body. Flavor is grass, earth, spice with toffee support. Not dry, but not very sweet. Almost moderately bitter. Good flavor for the style.
