In homage to the Japanese rice lagers we love, we bring you Fuddosan. Our brew highlights the light and dry body from the rice combined with Pilsner malt, and adds a subtle herbaceous quality from Mt. Hood hops. This locally-sourced lager pairs excellently with your favorite ramen, sushi roll or bento box. Kanpai!

16 ounce can from Tavour. Clear, straw gold color. Fluffy white head. Light grainy malt aroma. Crisp, fruity flavor upfront. Herbal, grainy notes. Thin, but flavorful.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a decent white head. Aroma is bready with a rice note and seems to have a green/herb note. Arguably med body. Flavor is more ricey than bready, has a light, spicy bitterness with some floral. Mild flavors.
